Our Eco Chef Kalo Kostadinov specializes in Seasonal Cooking, where he enhances and preserves the nutritional value of the ingredients.

HANDS-ON LIVING FOOD WORKSHOP: We will learn to prepare desserts and, with the help of the Chef, we’ll dare to add a personalized touch. The recipes we will create together using fun techniques are:

  • Almond Horchata
  •  Mousse with Garden Chunks
  • No-Bake Tart Crusts
  • Cosmic Beetroot and Coconut Truffles

Of course, you will receive a dossier with practical information and recipes.

Tasting of the sweet creations (suitable for vegans and gluten-free) during an outdoor after-meal gathering.

The course will take place at Aula Cocina Viva Granja Orgánica San Borondon, Arico.
