What are Radiant Breakfasts?

Fresh fruits and vegetables are an excellent source of energy, and in addition, they contain a wealth of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, and other protective phytonutrients (such as chlorophyll, carotenoids, etc.), as well as water to hydrate our body.  

In short, vegetables provide us with vitality, being rich in enzymes, minerals, and vitamins, making them the perfect choice to include in our breakfasts.

Our main focus is to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables every day. Every day. Let’s put this into action!… And along the way, focus on 80% carbohydrates + 10% plant-based protein, 10% calorie intake from fats such as nuts, seeds, and avocados (keep fat intake low to allow oxygen to circulate throughout your body). 

This is a basic guideline that can be adjusted later, and it is also useful for establishing balance.

Local, organic, whole (unprocessed), fresh, wild foods, free from cooking (raw), harmonious, natural, properly combined, well-ripened fruits chewed, vegetables, leaves, including wild plants sometimes referred to as "weeds" herbs.

For the practical part of the workshop, we will use organic products from Granja Orgánica San Borondon, celebrating the Summer–Fall season. Together with Eco Chef Kalo, you will explore the following breakfasts:

  • Rich in calcium, magnesium, potassium, and protein.
  • Made with joy, celebrating the colors of the season.
  • Great for the whole family.
  • They are an excellent choice before or after practicing yoga or sports.

Where and when will it be?

The Radiant Breakfasts course will be held at Aula Cocina Viva Granja Orgánica San Borondon, Arico, on July 23rd from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

(The event time is adjustable to the needs of the group).
